Taylor Swift and Kanye West Enjoy Dinner Together After Rapper Confirms They're Collaborating on New Music

Perhaps this musical collaboration is coming sooner than we think!

Just one week after Kanye West confirmed he's working with Taylor Swift on new music, the twosome enjoyed a low-key dinner in New York City Tuesday night.

Around 10:30 p.m., the music stars arrived alone in separate cars to enjoy a meal at The Spotted Pig restaurant.

The "Shake It Off" singer donned a beige peacoat and tights while West wore denim jeans, a purple hoodie and oversized jacket.

"Taylor was smiling," an eyewitness said after spotting the 25-year-old before her meeting. "They were there for an hour and a half."

The dinner destination comes after West took Kim Kardashian to the upscale restaurant for a Valentine's Day party. Although they didn't stay for long, the couple was able to hang out with celebrities including Justin Bieber and Dave Chappelle.

And of course the two managed to snap a couple of PDA pictures. After all, Kim is the selfie queen!

While the location for Kanye and Taylor's meeting may seem a bit ironic, we can assure you this dinner was friendly, but strictly business.

"She wants to get in the studio and we're definitely going to go in," West teased during an interview with On-Air With Ryan Seacrest.  "Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I'm down to get in the studio and work."

He added, "I don't discriminate, I don't have an elitism of music because of like how many Grammys or you know, the amount of ratings you get on an album. I that think everyone loves music whether they love hip-hop, alternative, country, and if I could be involved in giving people any type of energy, advice in the studio, whether you're Beyoncé, whether you're Taylor Swift, whether you're Jay Z, whether you're Beck, whoever, and they can be reciprocal with that, I'd like to be involved with that."
