Paris Hilton's brother Conrad Hilton III was just arrested in Los Angeles for his erratic behavior on an international flight back in July, E! News can confirm.

A federal complaint made against the hotel heir alleges that Conrad "knowingly assaulted and intimidated flight attendants and lessened the ability of the flight attendants to perform their duties" during the British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles on July 31.

The court document added that drink service was delayed almost an hour due to Conrad's outburst.

The papers detail how shortly after takeoff, Nicky Hilton's brother began to pace up and down the aisles and telling both passengers and flight attendants to "f--k off."

The plane's chief attendant wrote that they believed he was on drugs at the time and at one point, Conrad ran into one of the bathrooms and began smoking what reportedly smelled like weed.

The complaint also states that Conrad screamed, "If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f--king fight you" and "I am going to f--king kill you" at flight attendants.

Witnesses also told authorities that Conrad pulled one of the flight attendant's shirts and shouted: "I could get you all fired in 5 minutes. I know your boss! My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300k last time."

After Conrad fell asleep, following the jarring incident, he was handcuffed to his seat while the plane landed.

Fellow passengers also claim in the court docs that Conrad bragged about taking a sleeping pill shortly before the trans-Atlantic flight.

Conrad will not be asked to enter a plea today, and his attorney, Robert Shapiro, has not returned request for comment.

TMZ was the first to report the story.
