Whoa, Who Is Brutally Rebuffing Olivia on Scandal?!
From BFFs to enemies!
It's been a rough season thus far for fans of Olivia (Kerry Washington) and Abby's (Darby Stanchfield) friendship on Scandal, as the former Gladiators are barely speaking, and when they do, it's not exactly friendly.
And things aren't getting better in tonight's episode of the ABC hit, which finds Olivia on a mission to find her missing beau (Scott Foley), who was framed for the murder of Fitz's (Tony Goldwyn) at the end of last week's hour.
In our exclusive sneak peek above, Olivia calls Abby, now working at the White House, for help. Too bad Abby is in less than a helpful mood.
Press play on the clip above to see the super-tense exchange go down, which finds Abby saying, "I reserve my favors for my friends."
Of course, given everything the OPA Gladiators have been through since the season three finale, it's not exactly surprising to see just how bad things have gotten between Olivia and Abby. "it's going to be herky-jerky," Katie Lowes told us. "No one is on great terms with each other."
And things will only get more herky-jerky for Abby this season as Michael Trucco is set to guest star in a November episode as Charles Putney, her politician ex-husband, whom Olivia attacked with a tire iron after he physically assaulted Abby.
