Billy Ray Cyrus: I'm Going to Be a Grandpa!

Well, we know one thing that could cure his achy breaky heart--an adorable little grandchild! Or, you know, a slice of pizza.

Country crooner Billy Ray Cyrus revealed what became a shocker tonight when he tweeted, "I'm going to be a grandfather. Call me Papaw!" Instantly, minds started to wonder all sorts of things--mainly which one of his kids are expecting a little baby (ahem, Miley Cyrus?!).

However, before you start busting out pregnancy gifts and tweeting out congratulations, E! News learns from a source that Billy Ray is not actually expecting a grandchild. He was just poking fun at the ongoing pregnancy rumors surrounding Miley.

Womp, womp.

In January, Life & Style ran a cover story announcing that Cyrus was "pregnant and dumped." The article claimed that she was "notoriously lax about birth control," and Schwarzenegger considered breaking up.

Cyrus never commented on the rumors directly, but she did silence split talk when she attended a pre-Grammys event with Schwarzenegger. And, if her risqué Grammys dress was any indication, no baby bump exists.

However, the baby rumors continued, so Miley decided to poke fun at them by regramming a manipulated image of herself getting an ultrasound. Her best friend Cheyne Thomas played doctor, and the sonogram showed a pizza baby. "The rumors are true...... @cheythom," the "Wrecking Ball" singer, 22, joked in the Instagram caption.

So, that means Billy Ray is going to be a Papaw...of a pizza baby.

Netflix Pumps Brakes on Will Smith Action Film ‘Fast and Loose’

  Netflix has slowed development on its upcoming action-thriller “Fast and Loose” which Will Smith has been attached to star in. The project has been moved to the streamer’s back burner in the days following the 2022 Oscars ceremony, during which Smith walked onstage and slapped Chris Rock after the comedian made a joke about the appearance of Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. In the week before the Oscars ceremony, director David Leitch reportedly also pulled away from the project, electing to move to the Ryan Gosling vehicle “Fall Guy” for Universal. After beginning to search for a new director, Netflix has now halted “Fast and Loose” in the days following the Oscars.
