Miranda Kerr Talks About Her Divorce From Orlando Bloom and Introducing Son Flynn to Boyfriend Evan Spiegel

Miranda Kerr hasn't always been lucky in love.

As she recalls in Net-a-Porter's weekly digital magazine The EDIT, she was deeply affected by the death of her first boyfriend, Christopher Middlebrook. "I was 16, and it was really a turning point," the model says of losing Christopher, who died in a car accident. "I was depressed and went to a few therapists, but then I realized the only person who could help me was myself."

After her heart healed, Miranda went on to date finance broker Adrian Camilleri and musician Jay Lyon before falling in love with actor Orlando Bloom in 2007, whom she wed three year later and divorced in 2013. In spite of her splits, Miranda remains a hopeless romantic. "You can't close yourself off from love," she says. "I try to keep my heart open and not feel afraid."
And that's not to say she regrets her love.

Things are going so well with Evan that Miranda has introduced him to Flynn—with Orlando's blessing, of course. "[Orlando and I decided] that we had to know the person for six months and feel good about them," the 32-year-old Australian beauty tells The EDIT. "Evan met Flynn, so yeah, things are going well. Orlando thinks he's great. We're just a modern family now!"

Netflix Pumps Brakes on Will Smith Action Film ‘Fast and Loose’

  Netflix has slowed development on its upcoming action-thriller “Fast and Loose” which Will Smith has been attached to star in. The project has been moved to the streamer’s back burner in the days following the 2022 Oscars ceremony, during which Smith walked onstage and slapped Chris Rock after the comedian made a joke about the appearance of Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith.
