Is Justin Bieber's New Song About Selena Gomez?
Justin Bieber teased new music on Instagram Wednesday, and his slow sound and emotional lyrics have us--and his other fans--speculating that it could be about ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. The first teaser is a little more vague, giving fans only a single-line snippet that says, "How do our lives become lighter? / How do our eyes become brighter? / Gotta believe in something higher."
The second preview, however, gives fans a deeper look into the breakup ballad. Bieber sings, "When it's raining, it's pouring / How do I always end up the enemy? / Woah-oh / How do I wake up in the morning / and you're not right next to me / How did we throw it all away?"
If that's not a song about a relationship coming to an end, we don't know what is! His multiple breakups with the "Heart Wants What It Wants" singer have inspired a couple of ballads already, including "Nothing Like Us" and "All That Matters."
Their relationship has certainly seen its ups and downs, but lately the two have been spotted with other potential dates, indicating that they might be over for good?! Selena has been filming a new movie in Atlanta and her new pal EDM DJ Zedd has been hanging out with her an awful lot. Sources say that they're just collaborating on new music together, but they look a lot friendlier than that!
The Biebs, on the other hand, has been spotted hanging around Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin, launching its fair share of speculation. Baldwin, however, has slammed reports that she and Justin are an item.
