Julianne Hough Dishes on Mastering the ''Art'' of Phone Sex and Why She Needs Some Help

Hough covers the February issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, looking smokin' hot in a lace-up black bodice with her platinum locks and piercing blue eyes. In her interview for the cover, she opens up about her relationship with her soon-to-be hockey hubby, dishing on how they keep the heat while away for work and praising those are have mastered the art of phone sex.

"Oh, for sure," she says, straight up, when asked if they partake in over-the-phone pleasure. "But I'm really bad at it…I'll get halfway through and start laughing."

She adds, "It's an art. I applaud people who are good at it. They need to come and help me keep a straight face!"

Luckily for Hough, being good at phone sex isn't a make-or-break thing in her relationship—her fiancé is way too attracted to her for it to matter! In fact, the Dirty Grandpa actress says he wanted her before they ever even met.

"I did a horror movie that never got released. I'm convinced the only reason I was meant to do that movie was to meet my fiancé," she explains. "Six years prior, Teddy Sears, my costar, tried to invite Brooks—who was a good friend of his—to visit him in L.A. Brooks, who knows nothing about pop culture, joked, 'What are you going to do—hook me up with that Juicy Fruit starlet?' He'd seen the commercial and was like, 'Where do I meet a girl like that?' I was the girl in the commercial! Teddy remembered that comment and texted Brooks, 'You're never going to guess who I'm doing a movie with.'"

Of course, before Hough met "the one,"  she went through a very public breakup with Ryan Seacrest in March 2013.

Speaking on the publicity of the split, Hough says, "I definitely hated that everyone had an opinion about what I was going through. At the time, I was constantly running and touring, which sometimes looked like I was totally fine and couldn't care less, which wasn't the truth. But it was my form of being able to deal."
