How Khloe Kardashian Is Encouraging Rob Kardashian to Lose Weight

While she promises she's no expert in the category, the 31-year-old is opening up about how her breakup motivated her to get in shape and how she's using the same method to help younger brother, Rob Kardashian—who's been struggling with weight gain—to get motivated, too.

"People ask me all the time, 'How did you bounce back from your breakup?'" she wrote on her website Thursday. "I guess since I started transforming my body and myself after such a low point in my life, people see me as some sort of expert on the subject. I'm not claiming to be one, but I do have some insight to share with you dolls. So because you asked, here's how I feel like a badass after a breakup!"

She continued, "I told Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body. It's a little silly but true. There is literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym! You'll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that's bound to make your ex do a double-take."

However, KoKo also admits that there's more to getting over a breakup than just looking hot. It's also about trusting that everything will work out in the end.

"The most important thing is to be honest with yourself," she explains. "You need to find a way to genuinely be OK with the fact that things didn't work out, and know that time heals all. Nothing lasts forever—that's the good news and the bad news! Focus on the positive and don't fake it."
