Nikki Reed Posts Sweet Birthday Tribute to Husband Ian Somerhalder: "You Are a Gift to This World"

Nikki Reed is looking forward to growing old with Ian Somerhalder.

The 27-year-old actress has penned the most heartwarming—and belated—public tribute to her new husband and The Vampire Diaries star for his 37th birthday.

"You are my every dream brought to life," she wrote on Instagram on Friday, three days later, alongside a photo showing his birthday, two lovebirds and the words "I love you." "With our hands pressed together I know that we will always find our way home."

"You are a gift to this world, a teacher of light and a student of love," she said. "You radiate warmth in vibrant reds and deep orange hues. I often wonder what it would be like to see autumn arrive through your eyes. Here is to the next 65 years together, holding hands, strolling through the woods, still learning, still listening. Happy happy birthday...I love you."

Netflix Pumps Brakes on Will Smith Action Film ‘Fast and Loose’

  Netflix has slowed development on its upcoming action-thriller “Fast and Loose” which Will Smith has been attached to star in. The project has been moved to the streamer’s back burner in the days following the 2022 Oscars ceremony, during which Smith walked onstage and slapped Chris Rock after the comedian made a joke about the appearance of Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. In the week before the Oscars ceremony, director David Leitch reportedly also pulled away from the project, electing to move to the Ryan Gosling vehicle “Fall Guy” for Universal. After beginning to search for a new director, Netflix has now halted “Fast and Loose” in the days following the Oscars.
