HBO Just Released the First Footage of Game of Thrones Season 6!

HBO has us wrapped around its little finger, and we are never letting go.

In the network's new ad that looks back on 2015 and looks ahead to 2016, there are literally three seconds of new Game of Thrones footage, and we're already freaking out.

There's no sound on the footage, and obviously nothing that even vaguely points to anything about whether Jon Snow is alive, dead, or living in a hotel in Los Angeles, but here we are obsessing over those three seconds.

First, we see Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), who is badly in need of a brush and also probably a hug.

(Cool necklace though!)

Next, we get a glimpse of Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) on a horse, just as a reminder that he's still alive for some reason.

Then, we get proof that Cersei's hair has grown nicely into a cute little pixie cut as she hugs Tommen in his crown.

And that's it!

It's not much, but it is something, and for that something, we are grateful.

Of course, if you want to read more into the video, Vanity Fair pointed out that a clip of Jon Snow from last season is played under a quote from Melisandre saying, "There's power in you, do you feel it?"

That all ties in to some clever editing about being reborn and seeing the future, which could all be a clue that Jon Snow will be reborn/resurrected. Or not. At this point, anything anyone on or connected to HBO does or says could be a clue to Jon Snow's fate. Can it just be April already?!

The video also gives a few glimpses of the news seasons of other HBO shows, like Girls and Veep, which are also both good and worthy of our time and attention, but those shows are much less stingy with their info and their possibly dead characters.

Anyway, Game of Thrones returns in April to finally put an end to this madness...hopefully.
