Ansel Elgort Is All Smiles As He Brings His Hotness to the 2015 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

Even the NBA knows that Ansel Elgort is so hot right now.

The 20-year-old actor, who appears in The Fault in Our Stars and the Divergent films, including the upcoming sequel Insurgent, joined fellow the likes of fellow celebrities, including several pro players, at the Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game at Madison Square Garden on Friday.

"I had an amazing rush when I went out there," the actor said in a video posted on the venue's Instagram page. "But I think I'd rather watch, 'cause I'm not a basketball player and I was a little bit embarrassed, I missed a wide open lay-up, but it's OK, I came back and hit a couple of free throws at the end and that sealed the deal for us so that made me feel good."
Elgort played for the West Team, wearing a red jersey. His team mates includes Sarah Silverman, Nick Cannon, Blackish star Anthony Anderson, Arcade Fire's Win Butler, Grey's Anatomy actor Jesse Williams, WNBA player Skylar Diggins, NBA Hall of Famer Chris Mullin and Little League phenomenon Mo'ne Davis.

The East Team consisted of the likes of Kevin Hart, Common, Marvel's Black Panther and Get on Up star Chadwick Boseman, Paralympian Blake Leeper, retired New York Knicks player Allan Houston and the WNBA stars Shoni Schimmel and Tina Charles.

Elgort's team lost the game with a final score of 57-51.

"We definitely turned it up in the second half," quoted Elgort as saying. "Skylar played really well for us. You know, give the ball to the professional athlete and get out of the way."

Hart, who scored 15 points for the East Team, was named Most Valuable Player of the game for the fourth year in a row.

Hart said this will be his final NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
