Justin Bieber Gets a Visit From Police After House Party Noise Complaints.

Justin Bieber got a surprise last night--well, two surprises--from the local police after they received a noise complaint coming from his Beverly Hills condo.

E! News has learned that law enforcement's first visit was around 11:15 p.m., and officers didn't hear anything out of the norm. They left after finding no violation soon after.

However, about an hour later, they returned to the location after another complaint and authorities found about 40 people gathered around the rooftop of the building. There was no loud music, or screaming, but rather people talking and hanging out.

Once again, police found no violations but the police on the scene spoke to the Biebs before leaving.

He voluntarily asked for people to leave the premises and only about 10 people remained.

This is just the latest run-in with police for the troubled pop star.

In early September the singer was arrested in Ontario and charged with assault and dangerous driving after an ATV crash.

Biebs was joined by his on-and-off-again girlfriend at the time, Selena Gomez, and both remained unharmed after the incident.

Bieber's attorney Brian H. Greenspan told E! News in a statement, "Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi. This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Me. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."
